IFNM’s Cuchara de café (coffee scoop) has a hand-hammered copper scoop and dished with hand-forged steel handle which is copper riveted in place. These scoops measure approximately 2 ½ " and provides 1 ¼ Tablespoon (.8 oz) of coffee with each scoop.
This scoop is designed for dry coffee beans or grinds. This should not be used as an eating or cooking utensil.
Individually designed and forged, with a durable blacksmith finish on the handle.

Directions for care
· Maintenance is easy. Wash by hand using mild dish soap dry thoroughly and store in a clean and dry place.
· Copper naturally creates a beautiful patina over time. If you wish to keep your copper bright and shiny, you can use Brasso. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Brasso is available at any home improvement store. Rinse thoroughly after polishing.
· Avoid using copper on acidic foods and liquids (ie. Lemonade and tomato sauce).
